Oliver Queen in the guise of a superhero Arrow continues to fight injustice in Starling City. Also, the former military man John Diggle and computer science expert Felicity Smoak helps him in this. The new season will be new characters: Bronze Tiger, Sebastian Blood, Isabel Rochev and Black Canary.
